The term Alternate Healing as it is used here means a poupori of healing modalities that either use the mind in an altered state or other possibilities. It does not imply or refer to CAM, i.e. Alternate or Complimentry Medicine (i.e. chairopractic, TCM, etc. which are on the Natural Healing Pages). These techniques in one form or another are some of the oldest forms of healing known to man.
