Meditation - This is the foundation for all spiritual practices, spiritual advancements and healing. It also facilitates healthy living and reduces the stress of daily life. There are many styles and forms of meditation, each with their own purpose, which are explored at this site.
Soul Therapy - This healing modality is based on ancient Tibetan Buddhist practices. It is a profound healing technique that heals at the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. This modality helps with soul-personality integration and with monadic integration with the soul. The basis of this technology is the Seven-Rays of God as taught by H. H. Tulku Buddha Maitreya and in the Alice Bailey books.
Energy Healing - There are many energy healing modalities used by people all over the world. A few including various forms of Reiki are explored here.
Angel Healing - this ancient form of healing has been revised by the modern metaphysical movement. Some of the techniques are explored with some exercises to help you get in touch with your own solar angel.

- ColorPuncture - this modality uses colored light and crystals on various acupoints for healing(NO needles)
- Acutonics - this modality uses sound on various acupoints for healing (NO needles)
